Please kindly register yourself at the APECTEL 39 registration booth upon arrival. You will be issued the official APECTEL 39 badge, which is required to access the Grid Showcase area at Gallery East.

Assignment of Space
Space assignment will be made by the APECTEL 39 organisers. No space assignment will be made until signed application is received. All requests for space must be made using the prescribed form APECTEL 39 Grid Showcase Registration Form.
Setting-Up & Tear-Down
Set-up may commence on 15 April 2009 (Wednesday) at 0900 hrs and must be completed by 1800 hrs the same day. Do note that lunch hours will be from 1130 to 1330. Exhibitors are kindly reminded to stop all set-ups during the lunch hours. This is to facilitate the flow of guests to the lunch venue, which is in close vicinity of the Exhibition Hall.
Tearing down may begin on 16 April 2009 (Thursday), immediately after the end of the Showcase and continue on the next day. All work must be completed by 1000 hrs on 17 April 2009 (Friday). |
