Assignment of Space & Cancellation

Space assignment is made by the GridAsia 2008 organizers. No space assignments will be made until signed application is received. All requests for space must be made using the prescribed form with an attached payment for deposit.

Setting-Up & Dismantling

Installation may commence on 13 September (Saturday) at 0900 hrs and must be completed by 6 pm the same day. Tearing down may begin on 19 September (Friday) at 12 noon and must be completed by 6 pm the same day.
