Logistics
We will use a VTC room for
this day-long meeting. We will also cater coffee/tea
breaks, lunch and invite the participants to attend
the evening reception. There is no charge for participation,
though the participants will have to underwrite their
own air travel, local transport, accommodation, and
other expenses.
Hotels
The participants are encouraged to
use Grand Plaza Park Hotel City Hall (one of the several
GridAsia 2007 hotels), which provides daily shuttle
service to and from the Biopolis.
Attending GridAsia 2007
Though the primary purpose is the
APEC TEL Grid Meeting, the participants
are welcome to attended the GridAsia 2007 events. Most
of these events are free, except for some which are
organized separately and are co-located with GridAsia
2007. They can register for this event via the online
registration form.
