Paper Submission
Authors are invited to submit original and unpublished work. Papers should not exceed 10 pages in accordance to the guidelines below. Authors should submit their file through the workshop website (http://www.ngp.org.sg/conf/gca). Submission implies the willingness of at least one of the authors to register and present the paper.

Proceedings
All papers will be peer-reviewed. Accepted papers will be published by World Scientific as separate proceedings. In addition, selected papers will be considered for extension and publication in the Future Generation Computer Systems journal (http://ees.elsevier.com/fgcs).
