The meeting aims to review the potential of UK-Singapore collaboration in the projects presented in the morning. To do so, a good representation from the Singapore research and industrial community is paramount. It is also envisaged that GRID and e-Science projects in the planning pipelines in both countries will be discussed and collaborative opportunities identified.

Appropriate funding mechanisms offered by both governments will also be evaluated for the support of good joint projects. This meeting will endeavour to propose follow-up activities to take forward recommendations tabled by the participants present on the day.
